Ross Township is located in Lake County in Northwest Indiana and includes most
of the
Town of
Merrillville, Northern Crown Point, and Southwest Hobart.

Hidden Lake Park is the shining star of Ross Township's Park system, hosting a number of holiday
celebrations, picnics, sports events, and afternoon getaways. The following list of amenities
make the park the perfect destination for your free time during any season:
- Sledding Hill for snowy afternoons
- Large, safe playground
- Grassy hills and plains
- Beautiful, sandy beach with lifeguard-monitored swimming area
- Paddleboats available for rental
- Shelters for your work party, family reunion, birthday, or any other reason!

Hidden Lake Park is open 365 days a year, usually from dawn to dusk. The
beach and paddleboats are currently closed for the winter. For more
